B2B Marketing Manager

Location: Remote Europe (with travel required)

  • The Firefly Agency is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across leading technology companies. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record in demand generation, partner marketing, and integrated campaign execution.

    • Develop and execute integrated and multichannel B2B marketing strategies

    • Own and drive demand generation and lead generation campaigns to support the pipeline growth and revenue targets of clients

    • Build and manage partner marketing programs, including co-marketing initiatives and joint campaigns

    • Plan and execute high-impact events, including sponsored activations, executive roundtables, and client experiences

    • Leverage marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement to optimise campaign performance

    • Manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution

    • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to continuously improve results

    • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology or SaaS ecosystems

    • Strong understanding of technology ecosystems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Adobe, or Microsoft

    • Experience with partner marketing and ecosystem-driven campaigns

    • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or similar)

    • Demonstrated success in demand generation and lead generation campaigns

    • Experience planning and executing events (virtual and in-person)

    • Excellent project management and organisational skills

    • Fluent in English

  • This is a remote role with the expectation of occasional travel for events and client engagements.
