Where It All Started
Firefly was founded after Elyse saw that fast-growing Salesforce consultancies could only scale so far on personal networks. There was an increasing need for structured, strategic marketing to generate demand beyond referrals, something most tech partners lacked the resources or bandwidth to build.
In the Salesforce ecosystem, where success depends on a three-way relationship between Salesforce, client and Systems Integrators (SI), smaller organisations often struggle for visibility and miss opportunities without proactive marketing.
